The basis behind the organization is to help build each member’s business to its highest level. We obtain this through in depth discussions on market trends and business solutions as well as intensive sessions meant to bridge the gaps between good business practice and great business practice. We want to foster working relationships within the group to synergistically create better events and stronger business practices. Each member goes through a screening process, which includes client reviews, peer reviews, and knowledge of their field of specialty. Each ESI member is noted for their excellence in customer service, their ability to go above and beyond their client’s expectations, and their unique style and talents within their specialty.
